As Easy as Pie Year of Production: 2007. Synopsis: Big caldron arrives to the small Banat place. The locals, attracted by this unusual sight, start gathering in the village centre. Seeing the caldron brought their neighbour, the local innkeeper Trisa, locals’ curiosity changes into envy and mistrust. Technical problems in putting up the caldron give hope to the locals that Trisa won’t succeed in cooking 25,000 beans portions and therefore earn enormous amount of money. When the caldron was put in place after many troubles the last hope for Trisa not to get money is the rain that is going to fall any minute.
About the Author: Born in 1967 in Jasa Tomic and completed elementary and secondary education in Pancevo. Since 1996 he has been working at the TV Pancevo as a cameraman. He is the author of TV broadcasts “Avantura svetla“ (“Adventure of Light“), “Avantura tehnike“ (“Adventure of Technique“) and science popular documentary “Slucajna kreacija“ (“Accidental Creation“). In 2000 he made the first documentary that he produced. He has shot ten documentary films until now.
