About the Author:

Alex Stockman was born in Hasselt, Belgium, in 1962. He started his career as a rock and film journalist. He wrote and directed several short films and the feature film Verboden te zuchten / Le Pressentiment, which in 2001 was nominated for the Rotterdam Tiger Awards Competition and won the Golden Prometheus at the Festival of Tbilisi.
