:: The Golden Medal of Belgrade – to the domestic film producer for best production of a group of films.
:: Four diplomas of the Festival for individual author's contribution in films of the domestic competition program:
:: Best Camera Work , awarded to the cameraman of the film;
:: Best Animation , awarded to the animator of the film;
:: Best Editing , awarded to the best editor of the film; and
:: Best Music or Sound Design , awarded to the composer or author of the sound design.
The festival awards include the traditional Grand Prix statuette, the Golden Plaques and the Medals of Belgrade, the festival diplomas and a financial award – except with the diplomas, which are not of financial character.
In addition to the official festival awards and in consent with the Council of the Festival, awards of other organizations can also be awarded, for which the award donor shall establish a separate jury (sponsor awards, media awards, awards of foundations or associations, audience award).

We think there was very keen competition. We are sorry we cannot reward all the films that deserve praises, especially in the animation category.
We want to give special credit for the film “Michelangelo's Look”, directed by the one of the greatest creators in the world of film. Michelangelo Antonioni.
Grand Prix and the amount of 3,000 EUR in both competition programmes – international and national – are awarded to Hye-Jung Um for the film “Home, Sweet Home”. This film has original and refreshing approach with unexpected turns that usually belong to horror genre.
Belgrade Gold Medallion and the amount of 2,000 EUR to the author of the film in international competition are awarded to Chris Landreth for the film “Ryan”. This film is the combination of documentary and animated pictures, as homage to Ryan Larkin, great artist and one of the Canadian animation pioneers.
Belgrade Gold Medallion and the amount of 160,000 dinars to the author of the best film in the national competition are awarded to Goran Radovanovi ć for the film “Chicken Elections”. This film sharply and inventively portrays moral and social weaknesses in the Serbian society.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 1,000 EUR for the best documentary film in international competition are awarded to Jay Rosenblatt for the film “Phantom Limb”. This film essay deals with physical, emotional and metaphysic losses in our lives in sensitive and personal way.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 dinars for the best documentary film in national competition are awarded to Petar Jovanovi ć for the film “The Land of Vajaja”. With precise images this film presents the rural world during the change of times.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 dinars for the best animated film in national competition are awarded to Jelena Be š ir for the film “The Mirror”. This lovely film was made with great inventiveness and poet feelings.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 dinars for the best short film in national competition are awarded to Marko Kostić for the film “The Paper Prince”. The film is unusual, since it is a kind of fairy tale in which the girl's charm defeats the gangster who appears in her magic world.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 dinars for the best experimental film in national competition are awarded to Vladimir Đukelić for the film “The Free Fall”. This film fascinates by the way it describes the essence of dramatic moments in the life of the main character.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 dinars for the best non-documentary film (feature, animated, experimental...) in international competition are awarded to Igor Ivanov for the film “Bugs”. This short feature film describes the life of an adult man through his boyish experiences.
Belgrade Gold Medal and the amount of 80,000 for the best production of the group of films are awarded to the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade .
