Sinopsis / Synopsis :

Saznanje da negde u zabitima Srbije još postoji stado crnih karakačanskih ovaca, koje se, više od pola veka ne pominju ni u stručnoj literaturi, bilo je više od intrige, kojoj je teško odoleti. U brdima Crne Trave, jedna nepoverljiva starica i njena nešto mlađa sestra, čuvaju ovce za koje su ih zaveštali preci da ih ne mešaju sa drugim stadima. Zato starica uporno pokušava da skrene temu sa te priče.

Realization that somewhere in the Serbian remote areas still exists the herd of the black Karaka č an sheep that has not been mentioned even in the professional literature for more than half of the century was more than an intrigue that one can hardly resist. In the Crna Trava mountains a distrustful old woman and her a little bit younger sister tend sheep that were bequeathed to them by their ancestors who told them not to mix them with other herds. Therefore the old woman has been persistently trying to change a conversation to another topic.

Milena Babić bavi se novinarskim poslom u TV RTS već dvadesetak godina. Dobitnik je više novinarskih nagrada. Za poseban doprinos u pisanom novinarstvu 1995. godine, dobila je Prvu nagradu "Zlatnu borovnicu", a u protekloj 2005. godini, UNS joj je dodelio
godišnju nagradu "Laza Kostić" za najbolju TV reportažu. U dokumentarističkom žanru snimila je filmove "Malena", "Baklje Pančeva" i "Mučim se al gledam u nebo".
Milena Babić has been a journalist in the TV RTS for some twenty years. She has been awarded numerous journalist prizes. For special contribution to the 1995 press journalism she was awarded the first prize – "Gold Blueberry", and in 2005 UNS awarded her the "Laza Kosti ć " year prize for the best TV story. She made documentaries "The Little One", "The Pan č evo Torches" and "I Try Hard and I Look at the Sky".
